He is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America [GIA], the worlds foremost authority on diamonds, and colored stones, and he understands how to use his expertise and industry connections to work with people of all ages and styles. Harvey’s knowledgeable staff is always available to make sure the client gets superiour quality at the best price possible.
